Bani Pro, Vol. II - Rajnarind Kaur

This is a great CD for learning the Bani's in Gurmukhi. The Sikh Youth Federation of North America has done a beautiful job putting together this CD. Like Vol. 1, also this CD is set up so you can listen to one portion of the bani and repeat it to hear it again. This way you are able to hear a section again and again if you want to. The Banis are also recited slower than on other CDs so the proninciation is very clear.

Bani Pro will prove to be of immense help to those who are desirous of learning the correct pronunciation of Gurbani and to whom Punjabi is not their native language. Rajnarind Kaur, the speaker, has a very nice, clean and sounding voice whcih one can easlily connect him/herself to. In this way, speaking along or just listening will become an especially meditative experience.
