Exercises of all kinds, being performed whilst sitting and especially whilst laying down, can be rather harmful and uncomforatble when being done on a hard ground. Here, the right mat is needed to support the body as well as isolate it, so its warmth is being contained. The most suitable material with these properties is pure lambswool, since it is providing as well isolating as naturally breathing and moistness-exchanging qualities.

Our Yoga mats are hand made and consist of three different parts:
- A Surface layer made of pure, soft and highest quality Merinowool with International Wool-Seal certification
- A filling with woolen fleece of ca. 400 g/square meter
- An underside of either pure, solid "Molton"-cotton ("Standard", ideal for carpet floors) or natural Latex, interwoven with natural jute ("Rutschfest", ideal for slippery floors).

The mats are fully and roundly edged and quality-handcrafted, so they will serve you for many years. With handy ribbon to roll-up the mats. Washable by hand or with woolen program (cold).
