1.In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions shall apply: "Seller" Yoga Webstore, 'Buyer' every natural or legal person who is or will be in a contractual relationship of any kind with Yoga Webstore. 'Products', the subject of one or more agreements. "Provider" the provider of services to a network for telephony or data.
2.These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers of Yoga Webstore.
3.In addition to these Terms and Conditions, Additional Conditions may apply, if explicitly indicated, to certain services and/or products. Should there be a difference between the Additional Terms and Conditions and the general Terms and Conditions, then apply, in principle, the provisions of the Additional Conditions above the general Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise specified.
4.Of one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions, can only be deviated if this has been expressly agreed in writing. The other provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect in that case.
5.Terms and conditions used by the buyer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing by Yoga Webstore.
6.Yoga Webstore reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions and/or supplement. Always apply the version of the Terms and Conditions valid at the time the agreement was concluded, unless the buyer has accepted, after the conclusion of the agreement, the application of a revised version of the Terms and Conditions.
7.Yoga Webstore is authorised to make use of third parties in the implementation of an agreement with the buyer.
2. Offers and Agreements
1.The agreement for the sale is concluded at the moment the buyer accepts the offer and meet the corresponding conditions.
2.If the buyer has accepted the offer electronically, Yoga Webstore will confirm electronic receipt of acceptance of the offer. Until receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed, the buyer may dissolve the agreement.
3.The goods and/or services are clearly and accurately shown and/or described as fully as possible as reasonably required and where the commercial purpose must clearly appear. Obvious typos are reserved.
3. Prices and shipping costs
1.All prices are in Euros and includes VAT.
2.The buyer has to pay the price that Yoga Webstore communicated and confirmed in accordance with Article 2.2 of these Terms and Conditions. Manifest (manipulation) errors in the quotation, such as obvious inaccuracies, can also be corrected by Yoga Webstore, after conclusion of the agreement. If this results in a price increase, you have the right within 14 days after the agreement to terminate the agreement, after communication free of charge. The prices of Yoga Webstore always include VAT. The shipping costs are calculated as follows: When products can be sent as standard mail, you pay 3,95 euro shipping costs. When products can not be sent as standard mail, you pay 6,95 euro shipping costs. For all shipments abroad you pay 12,50 euro.
3.If the prices of the products increased in the period between the order and its implementation, the buyer may cancel the order or dissolve the agreement within 14 days after notice of the increase by Yoga Webstore.
4. Discounts given through a discount code cannot be used in combination with other discount codes. This discount is also not able to be combined with other offers/discounts.

2.Of the payment methods, with exception of advanced payment, can be used only if the conditions of such methods, including assessment of creditworthiness and authentication and authorization of the buyer is satisfied.
3.In case of none or late payment by the buyer, the buyer has to pay interest on the outstanding amount of the statutory interest per month, counting from the day on which the payment should have been received until the date of full payment, in where a month entered is counted for a full month.
4.At the expense of the buyer also all legal expenses of any kind, which Yoga Webstore had to make, due to the non-fullfillment of his payment obligations by the buyer.
5.If you do not pay on time, then Yoga Webstore has the power, whichever is reasonable, to terminate the agreement with immediate effect or to suspend until such time as the purchaser has fulfilled the commitments, including the payment of interest.
5. Shipping and delivery
1.Yoga Webstore tries to ensure that orders that are in stock and ordered before 12:00 on a working day to be delivered within 2 working days, provided they are paid. We strive to deliver the products we have in stock within two working days, and products that we do not have in stock within two weeks. At the latest the product will be delivered within 30 days after order. If this is not possible (order temporarily out of stock at supplier) or is there another reason for delay, or an order can not or are only partially implemented, you will receive a note within one month after placing the order and you have the right in this case to cancel the order free of charge.
2.Available from stock. For each product you will find the real-time stock status of our warehouse. If the product is in stock it is instantly delivered. If a delivery time is stated, for example 3-4 days, then the product is delivered within the specified deadline. If this is not possible you will be informed. Some of the products will be delivered directly from the supplier. We will inform you if this is the case.
3.Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer at the conclusion of the agreement.
4.Once the products are delivered to the shipping address the risk, concerning these products, will transfer to the buyer.
5.When shipping to foreign countries other conditions may apply.
6.The buyer is obliged to take the purchased within the agreed deadline, unless this is unreasonable, for example, if the product is damaged in a way that the product is no longer valid.
6. Exchange, trial period and right of withdrawal
1.The offer will also involve a trial period of at least 14 working days, starting from the day following receipt by or on behalf of the buyer (unless otherwise agreed in accordance with paragraph 3).
2.During the trial period, the buyer has a right of withdrawal, which gives the buyer the opportunity to return the received goods, without any obligations other than against payment of the direct costs of return shipment. If the buyer would like to make use of the right of withdrawal, the buyer must confirm this with Yoga Webstore according to this withdrawal form.
3.Limitations or exclusions of the trial period - on the basis of the specific nature of the goods in question - will be indicated clearly in the offer.
4.During this period the consumer will treat the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary in order to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he shall return the product with all accessories and in the original packaging to Yoga Webstore, in accordance with the instructions provided by Yoga Webstore.
5.The shipping costs of returns shall be payed by the buyer. Package 6,95 euro. If the package is standard mail it has to be returned like a mailbox package 4,25 euro, because of its track & trace code. So both parties know at all times where the package is located. The buyer needs to prove that the returned products are returned in a timely manner, for example by means of proof of shipping. For return shipments from abroad, the prices of shipments are the prices from that country of which the shipment will be returned from.
7.With advance payment Yoga Webstore will refund the purchase price to the buyer within 14 days after withdrawal including the costs paid by transmission, excluding the cost of return shipping, after receipt of the return.
8.Yoga Webstore recommends to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and notify possible defects. Proven itself in writing within a reasonable time.
9.Exceptions to the right of withdrawal shall cover the following products:
Sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.
Those who are established by Yoga Webstore in accordance with specifications of the buyer.
That are clearly personal of nature.
Which by their nature cannot be returned.
That rapidly decay or become obsolete.
Of which the price is subject to fluctuations on the financial market on which Yoga Webstore has no influence.
For individual newspapers and magazines.
For audio or video recording or computer software of which the buyer has broken the seal.
For hygienic products of which the buyer has broken the seal.
7. Retention of title
1.Ownership of the products will only pass to the buyer if all debts of the corresponding agreement are fulfilled to Yoga Webstore.
2.The buyer may not tax, sell, redeliver, dispose or otherwise objections, the products before property has passed.
8. Warranty and liability
1.The products delivered by Yoga Webstore initially fall under warranty as this is established by the manufacturer of the product.
2.There will be no warranty in the following cases. - If wear has occurred that can be considered normal. - If changes have been made to the product or repairs have taken place which not have been carried out by the manufacturer or supplier. - If the original invoice cannot be submitted, has been changed or has been made unreadable. - If the product is not used in accordance with the description. - If the product is damaged by abusive use, negligence or negligent maintenance.
3.Should any research costs have to be made for a product or component of the product that is out of warranty then the costs are borne by the buyer.
4.Should there be a cost to the re-establishment of the defect the buyer will be notified. If the buyer does not approve with the repair costs in writing than the buyer gets the product in return against the research costs. When the buyer has not paid these costs after 6 months then the product is back in ownership of Yoga Webstore.
9. Force Majeure
1.In case of force majeure, the seller is not obliged to compensate the damage caused thereby to the buyer unless and to the extent that seller due to the force majeure situation has had an advantage that he would not have had at correct performance.
2.The Vienna Sales Convention shall not apply.
10. Applicable law
1.On the agreement between buyer and seller and these Terms and Conditions only the Dutch law is applicable. Also if the purchaser is resident abroad.
11. Intellectual property
1.All rights of patent, trademark, copyrights, drawings, designs and models rights, methods and concepts related to the products and the internet site rest with its suppliers and other right holders from Yoga Webstore.
2.It is forbidden to use and/or make changes to the intellectual property rights as described in this article, as for instance the reproduction without the express prior written consent of Yoga Webstore, its suppliers or other right holders, unless the mere comes to private use of the product itself.
12. Dispute resolution
1.It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product and/or service. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by e-mail, to: email@example.com . We will then contact you as soon as possible, but in all cases within 30 days.
2.The above is without prejudice to the right to a dispute to the competent court.
13. Personal data
